Noise Complaints

Should you experience an unreasonable level of noise disruption, the protocol is to contact the Mart Service Desk at (312) 527-6000 to report complaints. From there, notice will be sent to a response team to investigate the situation and mitigate the disturbance. During announced construction, if you have a high level meeting or conference call and you would like to make certain there will be no disruption, please notify the Service Desk at (312) 527-6000 24 hours in advance.
