CONNECT TO YOUR MART ACCOUNTS

SERVICE PORTAL

Our Service Portal allows tenants to submit requests electronically as well as manage users, track requests after submittal, receive building notifications, and receive work order invoices. To be added to the Service Portal, please work with your office or showroom management to update contact forms.

If your company is already set up in the Service Portal, your system administrator can add or update users and their permissions.

Permissions in Angus include:

  • Administrator Access
  • Submit Requests
  • Subscribe to Announcements
  • Subscribe to Building Notices
  • Access Billing Reports
  • View Requests
  • Access Self-Service Removal Passes

DIRECTORY PORTAL

The Directory Portal enables tenants to create and manage their listings, which are displayed on both THE MART’s website and the digital kiosks located on the first floor. Each listing must include a public-facing contact—either a specific individual or a general title and email address. This contact may also serve as the editor for the listing, or tenants may designate additional individuals for editing access.

To be added to the Directory Portal, please coordinate with your office or showroom management to ensure the necessary contact forms are completed and submitted.

  • Hours of operations
  • Location and directions to your space
  • Links to website and social media pages
  • Business logo and photos
  • Career opportunities
  • Showroom products and lines
  • Showroom NeoCon Listing
