SERVICE DESK

SERVICE DEPARTMENT, TICKETS, AND INVOICING

THE MART offers a full-service department to support tenants with a wide range of needs, including dock and freight assistance, material handling, general labor, carpentry, plumbing, electrical services, and building engineering.

Work order requests can be submitted through your Service Portal account. For assistance, you may also contact the Service Desk at 312-527-6000 or via email. Emergency requests should be reported by phone, with a follow-up email for documentation.

Once a work order is submitted, you will receive status updates as the request is processed. Invoices are issued the Monday after the ticket is closed, and all charges are added to your monthly rent statement, which can be used for payment.

Effective March 1, 2025 the hourly rates for our respective trade departments will be as follows:

FURNITURE RENTAL

Please note, furniture is based on availability. Delivery, set-up, and pick-up labor rates will be billed at an hourly rate.

HOUSEKEEPING

Reoccurring In-suite Cleaning

Please refer to your Lease to determine if in-suite cleaning is provided. If it is not provided and/or you require additional services, please contact BMS Housekeeping for more information.

Non-reoccurring In-suite Cleaning

If you require one-time cleaning services, please contact the Service Desk or submit a work order in the Service Portal.

Common Area Cleaning

Please report any common area spills or areas that need attention to the Service Desk.

Window/Storefront Cleaning

Exterior window cleaning and storefront glass will be cleaned two times per year (typically, May & September), unless otherwise specified in your Lease. If you would like to request additional cleaning, please contact the Service Desk or submit a work order in the Service Portal.
