Parking

Vehicle Parking

There are 6,000 parking spaces within walking distance of THE MART. Monthly parking applications are processed by our parking manager, Interpark, located at the MARTParc Wells garage office on the corner of Kinzie & Wells. 

Lot 1 (MART Underground Garage) | Tenant Rate $405/mo | Building App/Mobile Access Required

MARTParc Wells | Tenant Rate $285/mo (daily rates offered)

Canal Kinzie (Uncovered Lot) | Tenant Rate $265/mo (daily rates offered)

Parking Promotions

Secured Bicycle Parking

We also offer a secured bicycle storage area located in the underground parking area of THE MART. Please complete an application and submit to propertymanager@themart.com for processing. The amenity is offered complimentary for tenants of THE MART. Building app and mobile access are required. 

Bicycle Racks

There are several bicycle racks located around the complex for tenant employees and visitors. Use is on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that tenants appreciate the importance of using bicycle racks, rather than securing bikes to other objects. Bikes secured in unauthorized locations will be removed at the owner's expense.
