Key and Lock Policy
Upon move-in, a lease signatory can pick up keys in the Security Office by presenting photo identification.
At or prior to key pick-up, a Security Authorization Form will need to be completed. This form lists those who should be contacted in an emergency as well as those who may access your space, request lock change/keys, and remove merchandise or equipment. Should those names ever change, a person named on the access form needs to notify Security at email@example.com, with a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org, on company letterhead and complete a new Security Authorization Form.
